What this site stores, who else sees it, and what it does not do.

Your card details

We never receive them. Checkout happens on a page hosted by Stripe, so your card number is typed into Stripe's form and not into ours. This site stores no card data at all, not even the last four digits.

While you are shopping

Your cart lives in a single session cookie. It holds product numbers and quantities, nothing about you. Clearing your browser cookies empties it.

When you order

Stripe passes us your name, email address and shipping address, and we store them with the order so it can be packed, posted and refunded if it needs to be. Your shipping address is passed to our fulfilment partner, who despatches the drone.

Tracking

There are no analytics, advertising or social trackers on this site, and nothing is shared with an ad network. Some product description images are still served from our supplier's image network, which means your browser requests them from that supplier directly.

Asking us about your data

Email support@skypilotgear.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Order records tied to a completed payment are kept for accounting.
